Troy (@troygoeswest) has been exploring tarot since 2019, building a growing collection of tarot and oracle decks. What started as a personal practice has expanded into sharing daily card pulls on Instagram, where his readings have quickly found a receptive audience. This spring zodiac spread began as a single post but evolved into a full article giving each sign the space its message deserves.
The air is a little different today. You might have noticed it. A kind of hum beneath things.
This is a twelve-sign tarot spread, one card for each point along the zodiac, as the season begins to turn.
This isn’t a definitive reading. It’s not meant to tell you what will happen, or what you should do.
It’s closer to a set of reflections. Twelve small signals, moving through the zodiac. Each one incomplete on its own. Each one holding a piece of something. Not the whole picture, but enough to feel it.
Don’t try to understand everything all at once. That’s not how this works.
Just let the images arrive. See which ones stay.
We begin.
♈ ARIES — Seven of Cups

Aries, there are many cups on the table.
They shimmer. They promise things.
But too many choices can make the mind drift, like fog over a highway.
Pick one. Just one.
Even a wrong road is a road.
♉ TAURUS — King of Pentacles (Reversed)

Taurus, there is a structure here.
It feels solid. Heavy. Familiar.
But something inside it has stopped moving.
Sometimes what feels like safety is only stillness.
And stillness can turn into a kind of quiet trap.
♊ GEMINI — Nine of Wands (Reversed)

Gemini, you seem tired.
Very tired.
But it’s a curious kind of tiredness, like a machine that keeps running long after the work is done.
You can turn it off now.
No one is asking you to keep going.
♋ CANCER — Page of Wands (Reversed)

Cancer, there is a spark.
A small flame.
It wants to play, to explore.
But fire without direction can wander.
And wandering fire changes things very quickly.
Maybe just watch the flame for a while.
♌ LEO — Queen of Swords

Leo, the air is clear.
Sharp. Clean.
You can see things now, very precisely.
But clarity can have an edge.
And edges can cut.
It might help to soften the light, just a little.
♍ VIRGO — Seven of Wands (Reversed)

Virgo, there was a struggle.
A long one.
And then you set everything down.
But I’m not sure it was surrendered.
It feels more like the body giving out.
There may still be something worth standing up for.
♎ LIBRA — The Hierophant

Libra, there are voices around you.
Teachers. Systems. Traditions.
They speak with certainty.
But there’s another voice, much quieter.
It doesn’t insist.
It simply knows.
You’ve heard it before.
♏ SCORPIO — The Moon

Scorpio, it’s very dark here.
But not empty.
Shapes move, just at the edge of understanding.
Some of them are real.
Some of them are made of thought.
It might not be necessary to follow all of them.
♐ SAGITTARIUS — Ten of Swords

Sagittarius, something has ended.
Completely.
There’s a stillness after it, a strange, almost sacred quiet.
This is not a failure.
It’s a full stop.
And after a full stop, something new can begin.
♑ CAPRICORN — The Devil (Reversed)

Capricorn, the door is open.
It’s been open for a while.
But habits can feel stronger than walls.
There’s a moment here, where you could step through.
No one is stopping you.
♒ AQUARIUS — Six of Swords (Reversed) + King of Swords

Aquarius, the water is waiting.
The boat is there.
And you understand the water very well.
You could explain it beautifully.
But understanding is not the same as crossing.
At some point you have to step in.
♓ PISCES — Page of Swords (Reversed)

Pisces, there is a lot of information.
It hums. It flickers. It gathers.
But it doesn’t settle.
Thoughts keep moving, like fish in quick water.
It might be time to stop collecting, and just hold one thing in stillness.
And now the cards settle.
The images don’t disappear, they just go quiet.
Some of what you heard may drift away by morning. But something might remain. A line. A feeling. A small, persistent signal.
If it does, you might want to follow it. Just a little.
No need to rush.
There’s time.
